From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. "Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. It was small, but for the economic price & the way it was all so brand new & totally clean when we got there, I wondered how they could do it from this price. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put things on which was a letdown. There is no power points near the beds & the USB ports are away from the beds so you have to get up & walk your phone to the charger and walk back to bed before you go to sleep, if you have been using it in bed,...

It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check.
