"Excellent séjour d’une semaine au sein de cet hotel. Le lieu et la vue de la chambre étaient magiques. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le buffet est très varié on y trouve de tout, avec des soirées à thème. Le seul point négatif serait sur le côté vieillissant de la salle de sport, des chambres et elles ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger avec vue sur la mer. La piscine n’est pas chauffée donc difficile d’y entrer pour les plus frileux. Mais globalement cela reste un très bel hotel. "

"The place is very pleasant with good outdoor spaces, the staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the cleanliness of the areas, such as the building corridors, and the room had a dirty pillowcase. But otherwise it was perfect."

"We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up."

"The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay."

"We loved our stay! The area was super walkable. The hotel called taxis for us ASAP whenever we needed one. The room was spotless and modern. We ate at the restaurant on property 2 times. The rooftop pool had also just opened and had a beautiful view. We rented a car for two days and the parking garage was $20 a night, but extremely accessible and you’ll notice the price is not included because the area is extremely hard to park in if we didn’t have the amenity through the hotel. I would definitely tell a friend to stay there if they were visiting Mallorca and would book it again if we went back!"
