"We had a lovely stay, paid a bit extra to have the top floor balcony with partial views of the sea. The room had everything we needed. The bathroom door could do with being checked so it didn't get stuck when trying to close it. Otherwise, the pool was great, we loved the location, not far into Palma town, with easy transport options."

"This hotel is 5 star, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, rooftop pool/bar was a winner for my friends and I. The 360 views of the city were incredible. Breakfast was delicious, cocktails were amazing. Rituals products in the bathroom smelt amazing and the added touch of the bath Bomb was very thoughtful! Wine, homemade lemonade and a jar of fruit was a very pleasant surprise when delivered to our room complimentary! Brilliant central location, just wish we had longer! Will be back!"

"The hotel is somewhat overrated by global standards. I would rate it as a 3-star property. The building itself is showing its age, although the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the renovation completed a few years ago appears to have been done with lower-quality materials and workmanship, which may not hold up well over time. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team, along with the restaurant and bar staff, made us feel welcomed. The 24-hour front desk service is also a significant convenience, especially for international travelers arriving at late hours. Overall, while the property could benefit from better maintenance and higher-quality renovations, the service provided by the staff was a highlight."

"Our stay as a whole was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. However the only downside was poor communication. We received an email days before our arrival offering us the option to upgrade which we requested. We never heard back and told on check in there was nothing available. We had also emailed the hotel a few day before check in with some questions and again we did not get any response. We also emailed while there asking for clarity on the dress code for the restaurant and again no response so we were quite disappointed by that. We were advised to use the app so I decided on the second day to request a specific pillow which the app offered. Unfortunately again, we never received any reply and the pillow was never delivered. Seems a bit pointless to ask us to use the app when no one responds. However everything else was great. Food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious. Loved the bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive."
