Friendly & helpful staff but poor food & drinks

"I recently stayed at this property with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean. They also had great entertainment options for both kids and adults, which is a nice touch. However, I was a very disappointed with the food and drinks. While there was plenty of variety, we all found the taste of everything was very bland and the brands of drinks were of cheap quality. It would be great if they could improve the quality of their food and drinks to match the high standard of their staff and property. Overall, it was a good stay but the food and drinks could definitely use some improvement."

"Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! Thanks 🙏 "

"This is an exquisite resort hotel in its true meaning. The hotel is sparkling clean, the hotel staffs are properly dressed, respectful and highly serviceable. I love everything about our stay here, i would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy the level of hospitality they offered, nothing compares. The hotel is further from the city centre in Deira, so be ready to spend extra on taxis to and from the city, traffic is heavy too, and some taxi drivers drive crazy but luckily, we didn't have any incidents. I had a fantastic time and will be back."

"My stay along with my family at bahi ajman was nothing short of spectacular, from beautiful private beach and views around to the amazing staff that was readily available a phone call away to assist with any and everything. Would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at bahi ajman, especially Jatinder Singh for going all out in providing exceptional services. Would highly recommend this hotel for all the facilities and amenities provided and can't wait to plan my next trip here! "

"Where to begin? This property is amazing. The entrance is grand and the concierge was welcoming and friendly. Julia was very helpful and found us the perfect suite for our family of 6 and the view was INCREDIBLE (room 327 and 328). The breakfast was also amazing, the three cakes especially were phenomenal. The staff during breakfast was also very meticulous and ready to help even during peak times. The beach was also amazing. I would definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Ajman. This is the jewel of Ajman for sure. "
