Need more trained hotel personnel

Before check out (12:00pm), hotel personnel knocked my door three times by 10:30am with no reason, they do not know English and it have made the hard communication.

Very clean rooms, new furniture, friendly reception, small refrigerator with drinks - so 8/10 There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

Das Hotel ist doch schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war klein, das Badezimmer besonders eng und hatte hier und da auch etwas Schimmel. Das Fenster war undicht und man merkte bzgl. Lärm nicht ob es geschlossen oder offen war - es war immer gleich laut. Hingegen das Bett und das Frühstück waren doch recht gut, das Personal ebenfalls nett. Von daher kann man das Hotel für 1,2 Nächte durchaus empfehlen. Aber zu viel erwarten sollte man nicht.

Check in problemlos, sauberes Zimmer, Badezimmer sauber. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei dem Frühstück war für jeden was zu finden. Gute Straßenbahn Anbindung. Tiefgarage etwas unübersichtlich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Sehr großer Fernseher. Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Getränken für den Tag der Anreise. Einziges Mango sind die Betten. Sie sind zu hoch und mit einer extrem dicken Matratze und 2 Topper ausgestattet. Man muss in das Bett hinein klettern, auf den Bettrand setzen kaum möglich, wenn man nicht groß ist.

Bien, desayuno completo. Hay que avisar la noche antes para que te hagan la habitación. Hay un restaurante asiático en el hotel y huele muy fuerte.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel außerhalb des Zentrums von Dresden! Schneller und freundlicher Check In Service, Check Out kontaktlos möglich! Zimmer in sauberen und neuwertigen Zustand! Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die schlecht arbeitende Klimaanlage.

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, aber noch nicht nach der Renovierung. Die Zimmer sind top, geräumig mit riesigem Fernseher, 2 große Kleiderschränke. Das Bad auch ordentlich mit allem, was man braucht. Das Frühstück nach wie vor ein Traum

Mir hat das moderne und zugleich schlichte Design gefallen. Den riesigen Bildschirm im Zimmer hätte ich zwar nicht gebraucht, aber er war auch nicht nervig und das Zimmer an sich wie gesagt modern, aber fürs Auge beruhigend...kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. So mag ich das :-) Gern wieder!
