Clean spacious hotel rooms with good breakfast and easy parking. Friendly staff on site and close to autobahn. We had a short stay here and although it is quite out of the city we drove 15-20 mins to the Joynext Arena where there is loads of free parking. Then it's a lovely walk along the river to the centre in just 2k (20 mins) we wanted to use the ice arena at the Joynext arena anyway so worked out really well for us. No tea or coffee machine in room which was a bit disappointing but the bar/restaurant downstairs has good coffee so not the end of the world. We unfortunately didn't have time to try the spa but we would stay again at this hotel.

Hotel close to highway

Rooms are nice and comfortable. The bathroom need of renovation and is far too small. The shower is in a bathtub with a smelly shower curtain. I had to change rooms after the first night because the bathroom smelled very strongly of urine. The receptionist told me that this happens frequently in these humid weather conditions. I have to say, if this is known, why hasn't it been fixed? Air conditioning would also be helpful. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all enjoyed our stay!

During our stay, we noticed some black mold stains on the grout near the bathtub in the bathroom. It would be good if this could be checked and properly cleaned. The underground garage was closed when we arrived, and the wellness/fitness area was also closed. It would be helpful if the opening times were shown in the Expedia listing.

Nice hotel. We had a very good stay as a family. Clean, good breakfast, spacious room. Drawback is a bit distinct location from the center. Perhaps slightly aging state of the hotel might be an issue for someone.

Overall a good and clean hotel if a bit old. Location is not central so won't be good for people to go out in Dresden. However it is perfect for Sächsicher Schweiz trips. There was an additional city tax to pay at the hotel which was not clear from Expedia description.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind geräumig aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte investiert werden um die Zimmer (vor allem die Bäder) auf einen aktuellen Stand zu bringen. Preis / Leistung ist aber gut. Wir sind mit 2 Hunden gereist und dies stellte kein Problem dar. Es wurden sogar Hundenäpfe, Decken und Leckerlies bereitgestellt (16,- € / Hund / Tag). Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenpflichtig, jedoch findet man in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen innerhalb von 5–10 Minuten ausreichend kostenlose Alternativen. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt in Ordnung und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee. Kritisch zu bewerten ist der Service: Die Zimmerreinigung muss bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten extra „bestellt“ werden und scheint nach 12 Uhr nicht mehr stattzufinden. Besonders negativ war eine Feueralarm-Übung um 07:30 Uhr, über die die Gäste nicht informiert wurden – entsprechend wurde man von lauten Sirenen geweckt und musste das Zimmer umgehend verlassen. Als ich anschließend nach einem Kaffee fragte, wurde mir dieser trotz der Situation zum vollen Preis von 3,50 Euro berechnet. Eine kleine Geste des Entgegenkommens wäre hier angemessen gewesen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich es mir zweimal überlegen hier erneut in diesem Hotel übernachten.
