Sehr sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer! Die Mitarbeiter waren zum großen Teil sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist einem 4 Sterne Superior Hotel allerdings nicht würdig. Kleine Auswahl, viele Fertigprodukte, schlechter Kaffee. Wir haben daher an 2 von 3 Tagen auswärts gefrühstückt.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Schlosshotel. Als erstes ist uns das sehr schöne Ambiente aufgefallen. Es ist alles im Stil eines Landhaus eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und romantsich. Die Lage ist super direkt am Schloß und am Fluß. Wenn Abend die Tagestouristen gegangen sind herrscht ein idyllische Ruhe. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Also was soll ich sagen, die Zimmer sind gut aber das Bad , ich mag das nicht in der Badewanne zu Duschen ist aber jedem seine Sache. Da ich im Sommer da war, war es mächtig heiß ich habe im 2 OG geschlafen , hatte eine Klima jedo ohne Funktion auf Nachfrag sollte ich 8 Euro zahlen was ich eine frechheit finde dies zu bezahlen. Dies sollte inkl. sein. Da mus der Manager nachbessern im 1 OG gibt es keine Klima. Im online Portal steht davon nix. Was ich schaden finde. Essen gut zu teuer und zu klein. Frühstück ging jedoch hat mir etwas Obst gefehlt.. Sonst war es normaler Hotel altag.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit zuvorkommenden Personal. Hinzu kommt die einmalige Lage am Fluss und am Schloss Pillnitz mit dem wunderbaren Garten, der ab 18:00 bis zum Einbruch der Dunkelheit auch ohne Eintritt besucht werden kann
