"The lock would not work to access room, onsite staff not helpful and made it clear she thought it was our fault, but it didn’t work for her either. We took the Dreamcatcher chairlift, which gave us a rare and stunning view of the backside of the Grand Tetons. "This place is a good value. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable. The office was unstaffed but responsive through text. We had two rooms, the lock on our door was glitchy (had to try multiple times to get in each time), the fan in the bathroom was broken in one of them and the cleaning staff entered this morning several hours before checkout time (they knocked but didn’t wait for a response, were very apologetic.)
