This property was comfortable, clean and staff was great! Room sample products & breakfast choices were superior to the Jackson Hole Super 8 property. Our particular bed was a bit soft for our preference, but wouldn’t be true for others.

the room was expensive but that would have been okay if the hot tub actually worked and the staff was present when we arrived. we waited for 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to arrive at the front desk. a cleaning staff person told us the person was busy taking trash to a dumpster.

The beds in the room appeared clean but under the beds were disgusting and the bathtub didn't look terribly clean. The pool area didn't appear well maintained. The Jets on the hot tub did not work. The hot tub was incredibly hot which was fantastic. The bottom of the pool had dirt and or was very rusty. I did investigate not investigate I just stayed away. I did appreciate a working washer machine and dryer.
