"Lovely spacious room and bathroom in what once would have been a very grand hotel. There are many beautiful features such as lead light, stunning staircase, beautiful ottomans in sitting rooms. Showing its age although there are signs of some improvements. Great central location. Very helpful and friendly reception. It would be good to have a few plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster so we could make our own breakfast or just have snacks. We did eat a meal there and it was nice. We would stay again."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location is great, close to everything. By the afternoon/evening the stairwell and entrance had a bad smell. It was a warm day. Maybe the carpets need a clean. Not the property's fault but the junkies that live across the road are up yelling at 5am and it can be intimidating when you are walking to your car."
