"Beautiful old world charm in good location being walking distance to several good eateries. Staff were extremely helpful especially with tourism recommendations. Additional cost for a beautiful breakfast well worth it. Highly recommend this property"

"The room was decent . I didn't like that there was only one elevator, and our room was on the other side of the hotel....If staying here you will want to ask to stay closer to the elevator if you have difficulty walking."

"Front desk staff was clearly unhappy the room was dirty the sink drain plug was broken n dirty the front outlet didnt work the thermostat was malfunctioning. And my daughter woke up with bug bites from bed bugs. Worst experience!"

"The property was extremely clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Checking in was very easy. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Always love staying at Springhill Suites. Will continue to book future trips and stay at Springhill Suites. This property was awesome for our stay."

"Very quiet, we did not hear any outside noise or traffic. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the extra room of the studio suite. Breakfast was good, especially liked the spinach and feta cheese pastry and the crock pot of oatmeal."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was musty and moldy smelling and a storm came thru and water poured into our window that was sealed shut."

"Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do."

"Cool, retro vibe from hotel that has been updated. Had the two bed queen which was good sized. Bathroom with a shower and no tub, which is my preference. Nice indoor pool with splash pad for kids. Outdoor pool has a window to order from restaurant. Had chicken wings and salad and both were good. Breakfast is standard hotel fair. Property is gated with security guard at gatehouse"
