"The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. "Advertised as having a bar & restaurant... in truth there is a little corner with wine & beer for sale, but no staff to serve you. Restaurant is actually a dining room where the have the minimalist breakfast that have ever seen for an expensive hotel. You can't drink byo drinks out in the common areas near the fireplaces, so forced to sit on the bed in a cramped, so called " deluxe king " room. Couldn't even put my suitcase anywhere and was tripping over our items. Window isn't made air...

"We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. We could see the Three Sisters from our window. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only negative comment we do have is that the walls are very thin and the next door neighbours had the tv on very, very loud."
