"Courteous staff, however very old TV, and remote, TV was limited to TV programs, QVC like programs of buy this, buy that, and no ability to stream movies. "

"Booked my reservation through Expedia for 2 day stay. Prior to the second day the manage was informed that the day needed to be cancelled, he didn't do anything but referred me to Expedia. It's been a week and still no refund. Breakfast was watered down and most everything was gone. The room was nice, neighbors were noisy and you could here walking. Will not use this motel again."

"I would stay again on this hotel when I go to Folsom area in Sacramento or going to Lake Tahoe. There is Costco, shopping areas, and lots of places to choose to eat."

"Hanford House is an inn located on Main Street (Old Highway 49) in Sutter Creek. There are a limited number of rooms on the First and Second floors (maybe six?). Not a bed-and-breakfast inn, but the Element restaurant is at the front of the structure. Breakfasts are not included in the lodging rate. We were given a $35 voucher to another cafe for the morning that the Element was closed. We stayed three nights. Our room was very quiet and we enjoyed our King bed. Shower and bath. There is no...

"They were bought by the Hilton so they changed something’s. Bar and restaurant are open now and were very nice. No continental breakfast but we had breakfast downstairs and they give you a sizable portion. Food was good. Staff like always were very nice and our bartender. Carl made our visit even better."

"We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...

"Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score."
