"This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. "We would of liked a microwave in our room We have stay here a few times and we always got a microwave but not this time. and the refrigerator inside the freezer part of it was so frozen there was a lot of ice build up on it. Parking was easy and we loved being close enough to walk to the downtown area. Would have been better if the breakfast options were more interesting, given that the hotel seems to have the facilities for it. "While the restaurant was excellent, the hotel quaint and the town wonderful, there were a few concerning features of my stay. The elevator was out for my entire stay with no advance notice, necessitating carrying a suitcase up and down a steep staircase. The carpet in the room was very extremely old appearing, and the bed was very uncomfortable without support and left me with a backache. For the high price, I was disappointed. There was no refrigerator or safe in the room either."
