"We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub after our long trip and found out upon arrival that it was not in service, so that was a real bummer. We paid extra money for this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The area around the pool looked really outdated and the doors and windows really needed a good scrub. There were no clean towels at all in the pool area. The bathroom in our room had no fan so mold was growing on the ceiling. The pillows in the room were awful and you couldn't make them any flatter. They were way too full and not comfortable at all. The road noise was unbearable and we didn't sleep at all before our flight. It was so loud it sounded like the window was open but we checked and it was not. If you choose to stay at this hotel I would request a room not on the roadside. The only plus to this hotel was that it was located directly across from the airport which was very convenient. We would not stay here again."

"First off I have stayed her dozens of times over the past 10 years. I will not be staying there again. They advertise daily housekeeping but we stayed 4 nights and they did our room 1 time. There was no coffee in the room, no cups or glasses but there was a coffee maker. Again they always had coffee to make in the room and both paper and glass cups. Lastly the tv in the room was about a 28 inch tv! Granted there were two of them but prior they had big screens. Finally the shower curtain was about 3 inches too short and the water flooded the floor. Combine this with the lack of house cleaning and you get the picture..,soaked towels and floor. Worse yet the hotel was less than 50% full for our stay so it was not like they didn’t have another room. We will not be back. Hampton Inn for us going forward. "
