"We had a great stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The grounds are well thought out with beautiful pathways, pools and gorgeous gardens. The main restaurant where we had breakfast daily has an amazing view of the resort and the ocean and beach, which is just steps away. The included breakfast is really nice and any additions are very reasonably priced.The beach service was great and lounge chairs always available. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping service is impeccable. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and the service is excellent. What stood out was how the staff worked so well together to make our stay so pleasurable. The hotel is situated in a quieter section of Las Terrenas where you can walk for miles/hours along the many beautiful beaches and even see Mangrove trees if you venture far enough. There is a great Padel Ball court to be enjoyed. Yoga and Pilates classes were a wonderful touch just ask for the schedule at the front desk when you arrive. The staff arranged our airport taxi from Santo Domingo which was much appreciated and all the logistics worked well. This hotel comes highly recommeded. Check in process was a bit slow and somewhat confusing but pleasant staff made this glitch easy to tolerate. "
