When I went down to the front desk and told them about it they came up to check it out and what I was told was “the AC has been running a lot because it’s hot in Texas” duh I live in Texas so I know. "My car was keyed from front to back on the right side. I have a pearl vehicle suv and is very noticeable was told even though there is parking extra charge there is nothing they can do. They security for nothing. I feel very frustrated and angry."

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted.
