"We loved our stay at the Sofitel. We asked a question about dining and the wonderful assistant manager Carla Curti could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay brilliant. All of the staff in this hotel were exceptional. If you can, book a club room as the drinks and snacks make for incredible value. We are regular visitors to Dubai but would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"This was my second stay at the Sofitel, and I was every bit as impressed as I was the first time. From the moment you arrive, the level of service is exceptional. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely make you feel valued — remembering who you are and the little details that make a stay feel personal. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but it’s the consistently high standard of hospitality that really sets it apart. Every aspect of my stay was seamless, from the service to the surroundings and overall atmosphere. Returning for a second visit and receiving the same exceptional experience says a lot. Sofitel continues to deliver the kind of refined, five-star hospitality that makes you want to return. A truly wonderful stay once again and most definitely not my last."
