"Well located if you want to be on the palm at a great price beautiful hotel beach is fantastic. Lots of Activities lazy river everything’s great.
However, the following concerns were raised to management:
1. The restaurants, close way too early for food. I was there at 10:30 both the main restaurant and at the bar upstairs and was hard to get Service and they were pushing me to pay quickly because they’re closing apparently they register or the food or something. He said that I did finally managed to get something to eat in the bar and the service was great, but even there they were trying to get payment quickly.
2. The elevator is may be great system for Hotel, but it’s irritating as heck for guests with all those codes, figuring out what’s what, pressing the wrong line very irritating and then still waiting.
3. Maybe just bad luck but I couldn’t get any sleep one night. II had to call Security;. There were kids running up and down the hallway yelling parent refused to do anything and even they were talking loudly"
