I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. "Spa What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely. The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌 Staff Staff are so friendly and helpful, helping with many things, never turn you down, they go above and beyond. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. ​What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. "The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud."

"Reservation with Expedia was a nightmare - There was No Airport shuttle, Expedia did indicate on the website that this hotel offered airport shuttle, Very poor service by Expedia - Stay Away from Expedia information not accurate"
