"When I arrived, I thought I would have the best 2-day staycation, but I am so disappointed. While the receptionist, Ms. Indira, was very helpful when I reached, we were not happy with the stay after that. The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason.""

"Very nice and luxurious hotel . Very nice room , room service exellent, staff at the front desk very helpful. Beautiful beach , and one big pool with a lot of sunbeds available. Buffet was a bit lacking of choices the first days when we arrived . Which was understandable because hotel was nearly empty caused by the situation In the Middle East. Service was still excellent. So to conclude , amazing hotel, strongly recommend"
