Amazing stay, had a 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, location is great on the JBR walk, only challenge was the bathroom which is dated and needs more maintenance

The early check in was great and ability to use the facilities having come off an early long haul flight. Friendly team, lovely pool, very clean. Baggage stow for a day exploring, after we had checked out. Complimentary upgrade to a larger appartment wad excellent!! Our daughter loved it too.

I couldn’t fault this hotel. Staff are welcoming and friendly plus so efficient, food and drink is excellent and good value. Pool was absolutely amazing and beach front was great. Location was perfect. The only thing to note is that there is no real lobby as you arrive by car through the underground car park. This doesn’t matter as if you walk it’s best to go out the back via the beach and pool. Our room was a fabulous surprise. We booked a one bed suite but I didn’t expect it to be as large as it was or have the balcony and 2 x bathrooms. Honestly this will be my go to hotel if I ever come back to Dubai again. Oh and the pool beds were so comfy along with huge great luxurious towels .. pool staff so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.

We moved to this hotel from a five star hotel on the Palm and really wish we had have stayed here from the start. Hotel staff were great - extremely helpful & attentive - great location just a few mins walk to the Walk - really clean and well equipped two bedrooms apartment - but to me the best thing was the pool area - really modern, extremely relaxing, spacious, lots of sun beds and lovely big pool. I have been to Dubai five times now and stayed in some really nice hotels - but will probably use this as my go to base for future visits.

The property is very clean but the rooms are dated. Restaurant staff is friendly but they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Front desk staff was not a good experience, they are who you interact with the moment you walk into the property and start your vacation so that wasn't great. I do not recommend using the tour desk on property, he overcharges a lot! I ended up booking my desert safari through Emirates airline instead and paid a little less than half of what he was going to charge, the desert safari I booked through Emirates was amazing. Side note - museum of the future is not worth the entrance fee, it is however worth going and admiring the outside of the building. There is absolutely nothing worth seeing on the inside, I was sick over what I ended up spending to get into that place.

Great location

The hotel lobby team are understaffed and as a result, check-in can take a while. The rooms themselves are massive and clean. The furniture is somewhat dated (i.e. wardrobe and bath facilities) and the bath robes look incredibly old and need replacing. Improvement points: - Dated furniture. - Very limited choice for breakfast (not worth paying extra for this). - Lengthy time to check-in. - Female Duty manager at the front desk showed zero customer service skills - very strange for Dubai. Excellent points: - Amazing customer service from restaurant staff 10/10. - Lots of seating around the pool. - Children's pool is a good size. - Private beach access is great for lounging. - Access to waterfront for swimming. - Comfortable bed & blackout curtains. - Noise proof windows. - Iron and Ironing board available in room. - Lots of restaurants are located just minutes from the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Zimmer waren nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern wurden täglich vom Personal blitzblank gepflegt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams, das außerdem unglaublich kinderfreundlich ist. Die Lage ist perfekt: Geschäfte, Restaurants und Shops sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – man braucht weder Auto noch Taxi. Alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, liegt direkt vor der Tür!
