"The air conditioning made the room so cold that it was unpleasant and uncomfortable even after it was turned off unable to open a window to let warm air in checked out first thing. The staff seemed not to care it’s crazy to set aircon on full so that rooms freeze especially in winter in dubai when if anything you need to heat the room when it’s cool outside "

"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
