"Wonderful hotel with impeccably clean and beautiful rooms, great food and a fantastic staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel you feel the luxury of every space and the warmth and kindness of the staff. We were treated to an upgraded room and a delicious chocolate cake for our anniversary celebration. We had celebrated our anniversary there the year before and loved it so much we just had to return despite the recent political turmoil. Our second experience was even better than the first and we can't wait to return next year. Treat yourself to this fantastic hotel, you'll enjoy every moment!"

"I was only staying for a few hours during a stopover, but this was a fantastic choice. The location was perfect: Right in Downtown Dubai, with a kosher restaurant on the top floor! I sat on the most comfortable chaise lounge at the pool looking perfectly at the tallest building in the world. The staff was more than friendly, and greeted me each time I came and went through the lobby.The room was GRAND, with a fantastic view of the Burj Dubai, as well as a complimentary night robe and slippers. I needed a laundry bag for my dirty laundry, and the attendant brought two luxury laundry bags to me a few minutes after a called. It was definitely worth the money - even for my short stopover - and all the more so for an overnight stay."

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is kept immaculate, from the room to the lobby and everything in between. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the amount of dining options is mind blowing, and the best part is that the whole experience is very affordable, especially when comparing to anything you would get in Europe or the United States."

"El hotel es hermoso, muy limpio y desde la llegada en el lobby nos reciben con agua fría; café y esos deliciosos dátiles de Dubai. La habitación es amplia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Me encantó su “punto del café”, siempre me dejaron café y té suficiente para disfrutar luego de una tarde/noche de paseo.
