"There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. "Apartment is absolutely stunning. Bedrooms are all good sizes, bathrooms modern and beautifully done. Fantastic location right on West Beach, with lots of beach clubs nearby. 5 min walk to mall with lots of shops, including supermarkets. Will stay here again as really could not fault it, highly recommend. "
