Hotel is little outdated, had to call the desk for AC service and loose toilet seat. Easy parking in the hotel. Stuff is helpful plus a lot of store nearby to dine and grocery. Hotel gym is nice. Pool is average and small.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. The room condition was poor and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the flush system in the bathroom was not working properly. Overall room maintenance was below average, and the service from the staff was also disappointing. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a lack of attention to guest comfort. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

the suite was very big but the conditions of the baths are very poor!! and the maintenance are also poor. beside it is too fare from the city and each ride with a taxi to Dubai they charge you extra fee (crossing virtual border fee) not recommend

We booked several rooms for our team on a recent business trip to Sharjah. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Wifi and appliances worked well. Overall, no complaints on the rooms. Check-in took a bit long, but the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in calling cabs. There was good food available for purchase in the lobby. The meeting room + food packages were fairly overpriced. We went elsewhere

Une employée de la réception était très gentille et très serviable,quand elle n’est pas la, le service est très lent, vous demander qqes chose il faut insisté plusieurs fois et encore... Bien que la réservation est pour deux personnes , les produits pour salle de bain mis à disposition sont pour une personne.
