We had a lovely stay at Asiana Grand Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 11am even though check-in was at 3pm, but they kindly accommodated us and even gave us an upgrade! Great location, easy to get around Dubai with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and convenient access to the souks and other attractions. The breakfast didn't have a huge range of options but other than that no complaints. I would still highly recommend.

New property and mostly the staff is very cooperative. Minibars were kept locked and you need to get it opened with deposit payment but the verity of items isn’t there.

Upgraded executive room is very noisy. Poor breakfast options. Check-in was 1hr late. Takes 10 minutes to get the lift. Has a loud club on the ground floor. Avoid if you want a quiet room. Staff relatively helpful.

Great hotel with a great team.

5 start hotel but very noisey

The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and it really 5 star hotel but they have a club at the first level where they stay until 4am. I was at the 3rd floor but still hear the music and vibration. I didnt get a good sleep because of that.

One the best I have stayed in Dubai. They are constantly cleaning and staff are super friendly. Mr Lwin and Mr Shayan (and a lady, don't recall her name) were always available to help.

Hotel is new and very clean. Well equipped rooms with shower and a separate soaking tub. In room safe, hairdryer , iron board , mini fridge , smart TV. Good lighting and latest in door key tech. Walking to many restaurants and groceries. Breakfast was plenty choices and good quality.staff were excellent. I only spent 1 night as I was connecting to another flight next day but managed to use most including the pool which has an attendant. Great place and decent price.
