The staff at reception are kind, professional and helpful, in particular Fatiha, Esam and Faith. Itwould be nice to have detox water at the reception, as in Rove and Ibis three-star hôtels, as well as tissues, because it is blister ing hot and humidity outside.

Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region.

Excellent staff and customer service, Jenni made special effort to make our stay memorable. The hotel and rooms are clean. Only downside was small room size, limited wardrobe space and bed/mattress quality poor. There’s also a dance club on the main floor which gets noisy so for sensitive sleepers this could be a problem.

Clean rooms and amazing location as it is right behind emirates mall! The road to the hotel is so packed during peak hours with heavy traffic. Breakfast was good and diverse

I arrived at 4 am with prior notice and my room was still not ready. They gave me a different room and promised to switch me later. Upon entering the room it looked very little like the images. The furniture was worn, faded and in rough shape. When I tried to take a shower the water scalded me and I burnt my arm. It would not cool. Additionally the shower quickly flooded. When I complained they found another room for me. I was told that the weather caused the hot water. At 4 am it was hot enough to burn. Upon going to the new room I was able to get cool water but the shower head was broken and would raise above my chest. And again it flooded, to which maintenance said they all flood. I got about 30 minutes of sleep on the rock hard bed before I packed up and checked out. Moving to a different hotel.

La zona dove si trova l'hotel la conoscevamo, posizionata vicinissima al Mall of the Emirates e quindi alla fermata della metro, fondamentale per gli spostamenti se si opta prevalentemente per questo mezzo. L'hotel offre delle camere spartane e un po' datate, ma bisogna considerare anche il prezzo vantaggioso nel nostro caso rispetto alla media. La pulizia in generale è risultata ottima. La colazione a buffet l'ho trovata eccellente, non ci ha delusi. Al nostro arrivo la camera assegnataci, però, è risultata, (sarà stato un caso), parecchio rumorosa probabilmente per assembramenti in strada di riders, locale con musica etc. Ma qui ci è venuta in aiuto la reception tramite la gentile Leonora che ha provveduto ad un cambio stanza immediato e da li è andato tutto bene. Approfitto per ringraziarla dell'assistenza che ha saputo darci e dei suoi modi professionalmente garbati. Consiglio questa struttura? Si, se cercate essenzialmente una struttura di compromesso tra la praticità ed economicità.

Mi reciente estadía en el Hotel Citymax Al Barsha fue una experiencia verdaderamente grata. Desde nuestra llegada, fuimos recibidos con una atención cálida, profesional y llena de hospitalidad. Un agradecimiento muy especial para Leonora, Stella y Fatiha, tres joyas en la recepción que nos trataron como auténticos reyes, siempre con una sonrisa y una disposición admirable. Y, por supuesto, gracias al manager Ahmed Farik, por liderar un equipo que realmente se esfuerza por brindar un servicio de clase mundial. El lobby del hotel tenía un aroma encantador que invitaba a quedarse, a relajarse, a disfrutar. El ambiente era acogedor y moderno, ideal tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer. El desayuno fue excelente, y todo el personal del restaurante nos atendió con una amabilidad espectacular, atentos a cada detalle. La única observación que tengo es respecto a las camas en las habitaciones dobles, que me parecieron un poco pequeñas, como si estuvieran pensadas más para niños que para adultos. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás fue impecable. 他の方もご指摘の通り、シャワーの排水が悪く、弱い水圧にもかかわらず、トイレ、洗面エリアまで水浸しになります。 なぜここまで排水が悪いのかと気になり、排水溝を見たところ、謎の蓋が。 蓋を外すと気持ちよく流れました。 また4階のお部屋でしたが、夜中もクラクションが鳴り、騒音が気になりました。

Hotel located very close to the Mall of the Emirates (just across the road). Downside is traffic can be bad at peak times. Rooms on the small side, but adequate and very clean. Two bars onsite (one sports and one with live music) both reasonably priced (for Dubai). Hotel breakfast also reasonably priced (for Dubai) - but hot choices a little limited. Roof top pool nice size (15m) and very clean, only downside is limited sun bed space. Owing to Covid, only 12 at a time permitted in the pool area on sunbeds (with no more than 8 of those in pool).

What is unique about this property is the location and sports bar. I didn't like the towels, they were too old, the room was tiny in conoarison to other rooms that seem more spacious, the bathroom was poorly installed and my safe didn't work. Honestly i am never going back after this second time.

Neighborhood of Mall of Emirates. Budget friendly

The hotel is accessible via metro: you have to go through the Mall of Emirates to the entrance D (near the food court) and go straight through the car park, past the street at the traffic lights, turn left and now you've got only about 180 steps to the doorstep of the hotel. I met very positive people at the desk, I still think it is very important to respect each other. Before you start showering, do check if the shower tray drain is not covered (closed). Some could have heard / felt an annoying low frequency sound in the evenings probably originated from neighboring facility. If you visit Dubai as a tourist, it will not prevent you from sleep after long sightseeing... The safe is big and your notebook will fit it well. It is located over the fridge, which gives the result of somehow warming of objects inside it. Maybe the breakfast does not give a big choice of meals, you have to remember, though, that this is a 3, not 5 star hotel. Perhaps the immediate vicinity is not extremely distinguished, but you may find a number of restaurants / bars; the shopping centre with a hypermarket (its name started with the "L") is about 500m distance.
