I had a fantastic experience at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, and I truly appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The only aspect that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, the options were fairly limited and remained mostly the same each day. It would be great to see more variety and choices that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

It was a nice and relaxing stay. Away from all the high buildings etc. the hotel is close to Al Maktoum airport. The taxi driver took us to the wrong airport but with the hotels help he drove us to Al Maktoum but he drove off without payment as we had to go to arm and get cash.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Great service. everything was just perfect. Location was very central, staff were very friendly, and overall everything was great. Special thanks to Ahmed Hosny, Tarek, Hossam, and Mohamed Khaleefa. The housecleaning staff were also exceptional.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome and special, anything you wanted or needed the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had it, nothing was a hassle. When we return to Dubai, which we will do in the future, will use this hotel again. This hotel has a 4 star rating on your site but the staff made it feel more like a 5 star+.

-Amazing staff who were thoughtful enough to check us in even though we came hours early. – All staff very polite and helpful -Quite a distance from points of interest in Dubai. However, Metro is very close. - pool is small and it’s sad. Looking pool area. – fridge and kitchenette right in front of the bathroom!!!!!! No nearby restaurants

Amazing staff from the guys opening the doors for you,the front desk staff and cleaning crew,they do an amazing job,the only reason I gave them an overall 4 stars and not 5 is because of the outdated furniture and little bit damaged in the room but like I said is an excellent hotel to stay that’s the reason I stayed 10 nights and would come back again if visiting Dubai another time and of course I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone. Very important and I almost forgot,you have the investment park metro station 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. Thank you very much delta hotel investment park staff.
