Beautiful hotel. I stayed in Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel a few times before and I had always the best experience. The staff is lovely, food in the restaurant is excellent and the rooms are nice and clean. Also the location of the hotel is great. Highly recommend.

Very clean, staffed are all helpful and friendly, lot of amenities in the area. Great pool. My husband their decorate the room and sing happy birthday no charge. It was very nice.

From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended.

Our recent overnight stay was top-notch in every way. The place was super clean, with modern updates and cool equipment. The staff were amazing and the breakfast spread was huge. We totally recommend this spot.

The hotel is great, very clean with polite and very friendly staff, who are willing to anything they can to help. Rooms get cleaned daily- ours was around 11-12 most days! The hotel's buffet breakfast is well worth a mention- finding anything from cereal to dosage to omelette to waffles, everything looks and tastes fresh! (Breakfast is on until 12pm!) The rooftop swimming pool is well maintained for both the main pool and kids pool area. The hotel is in a prime location, Daily Market across the road for your day to day needs, a Day To Day Shop for all your souvenir needs about a 7 minute walk down the road! Lifts come very fast (we waited no more than 1 minute!)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We had a wonderfully relaxing week at this hotel. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. All the staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful, and the cleaning staff in particular were always attentive and happy to assist. There was a great variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner, with something for everyone. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall relaxing atmosphere. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

They have a strange rule: once you have finished breakfast, you are not allowed to take even a banana or an apple back to your room. Most five-star and seven-star hotels allow this, especially when a guest needs to leave for meetings. I found this policy quite unusual and unnecessarily restrictive.

10/10 property. Honestly, I don't know where to start. We had an excellent time from start to finish. The staff are incredible, very polite, welcoming and respectful. The hotel is pristine and the rooms and amenities are spot on. The complimentary Sauna and Steam room is excellent. The Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety, great touch to allow breakfast to run till 12 PM. Nothing is difficult for these people, they make every aspect of the stay comfortable. The area is very convenient. We shall surely be recommending to others and returning in the future.
