"I understand these are tough times, but they have cut so far back on their services, that I would look elsewhere for a layover stay.
e.g. airport shuttle only runs once per hour, so we had to wait 50 minutes at the airport on the way in, and had to miss the breakfast buffet on the way out.
Another big strike: they would not offer early check in, despite the very low occupancy rate"

"I was at this hotel as a basis for a very short stay due to my flight leaving early hours. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean and bathroom was very good. Great location. I was able to use the metro very near for a few hours and later use their airport shuttle service which is very good and the pool facilities too prior too. Highly recommended! "

"Room: Just wow! I wish I can travel again and stay in the same hotel. Such a wow room it was. Excellent amenities and twice a day housekeeping made a huge difference to our stay. They also gave us complementary beach bag and cute cable ties. Slippers were not cheap ones like you get in every hotel, in fact very soft and comfy ones. You could always request additional amenities when needed through an app and they would be delivered to your room within 30 mins without any questions.
