So glad I discovered the hotel completely by accident. The hotel is new, boutique and magical. Everything is clean and tidy, the room is huge, the area is calm and quiet, and there is a Metro 10 min by walk. The hotel staff are so amazing, friendly, professionals and super helpful. Upon my arrival I received vouchers for a drink and a cup of coffee while waiting for the room. The price is amazing, for every pocket. Hope to visit here soon.
Thank you dear hotel staff for 3 magical days with you.
It was a short city stay and it was our first time staying in the Jadaf area. It was nice and quiet and the weather's lovely this time of the year. Canal views are calming and the nearby Jameel Arts Center and Teible restaurant was worth the trip. Hotel staff were friendly though it takes a bit of time to get service (might be understaffed). Noise from the next room was pretty loud. Not sure if its a case of noisy neighbours or bad acoustics. Will definitely consider staying again when the weather's good.
The staff and rooms are really good but our stay was ruined because none of the rooms are sound proofed and our neighbouring rooms were very noisy. My daughter stayed in a separate room and the head board of the bed was adjacent to the wall of the bathroom in the next room and she hear all the noises clearly. The next night there were very noisy people next door and we couldn’t sleep. This is very unfortunate because no matter how good the staff and room, it is of no use if not sound proofed
