The team set up a lovely experience for my birthday. Was a good experience. More of a business travel hotel, should look into other travelers and offer inhouse tourist experiences. Nice spa and fitness center, open to guests. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Great location for Metro, Marina, & JBR.

First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links.

I spent 10 days in this hotel and it was very pleasant for business trip. All the staff is friendly and the restaurant is one of the best I’ve tested (I’m traveling a lot). Special mention to the CHEF (an Indian miss).

An okay short stay!

Our stay was okay. Unfortunately our room looked extremely clean but really smelt of cigarettes from a previous guest. The location of the hotel was amazing in proximity to the tram and metro. The surround area was so quiet and nice for a walk. Staff for friendly. The gym was great feature. We were disappointed by the pool. The pictures make it look bigger than it is and work was being done at one end meaning the space for sunbeds was limited at the other end.

When we arrived the hotel in early morning. Front desk male staff tried his best to get a room for us. The price to upgrade to an apartment was reasonable. We could take a rest in the room after the long flight. The house keeping staff gave us a comfortable environment for us to sleep. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and delicious. We highly recommend.

Amazing hotel and staff. First class service. Big compliments to them all - from the security, concierge, receptionists, waiters and cleaners. So respectful and very well mannered. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back to Pullman Jumeirah Lake Towers hotel!

A really good visit...

The hotel was great for an extended business trip. A very convenient location for my needs. The room was spacious and light, very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and smart. All the food i had whilst there was good, from the extensive breakfast to room service meals ordered. The gym is also well equipped (by hotel gym standards) and has great views from the 34th floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
