The property is beautiful, the rooms are well designed for comfort and convenience. There is a nice exercise facility and a beautiful pool on the top level. I was very impressed by the positive attitude of the staff that cleaned my room (Sange and Narendra), the wait staff in the hotel dining room (Gagan, Sweety, Abbasi, Dipesh and Hunny), and Don the pool manager.

Safe hotel to stay at very luxury. Very quiet. Transportation it’s right on their door train or tax. They have restaurant inside and bar, jacuzzi and so on very awesome place to stay at if you’re in Dubai I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Great room. However, the toilet in the half bathroom constantly runs after you flush unless you press the flush a certain way or press it a few times to stop the water running. The shower door does not close properly which caused our bathroom floor to constantly be wet and slippery after a shower and we we’re constantly having to put multiple towels on the floor to soak up all the water. The maintenance man came to fix these but nothing was actually fixed.

A few mins walk from a metro, great facilities, lovely breakfast, really enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and the spa area was amazing. The staff were lovely but as i was there for a weeks it became a little repetitive that someone would ask for a google review personally naming them, when that was the first they spoke to me. Happy to give to reviews when someone deserves this, just not because that was the first encounter we had e.g they did not help with anything but just came up to me to ask for a review etc.

I met up for a friends’ weekend. The room was lovely and the club was good. Pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a massage on the last day with Rahma-great experience. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a week in April, during which time we were shown the utmost kindness and respect by every staff member we came across. The check-in process was simple; our hotel room was neat, modern, with decent views of the city and also proved to be soundproof (apparently there are 3 nightclubs on the premises?). The Sheraton Grand is central to most attractions, which was important to us as we wanted to be close to the airport, Dubai mall, the Museum of the Future and a metro station. Concierge was always helpful in assisting us with directions and best route options to our planned activities. Additionally, we used Uber for most of our trips and it was very convenient. For those times we were too lazy to leave the hotel, the 24-hr room service came in clutch. While looking for some snacks, we stumbled upon a grocery store across from the hotel’s side entrance that sells freshly baked pastries like pain au chocolat, pain au chocolate and also…..pain au chocolat. Special thanks to all the staff, and especially Koushima — who ensured our stay was comfortable and gave us a reason to return to the same hotel whenever in Dubai.

Just got back from our stay at the Sheraton Grand and it was amazing. There were so many breakfast options to choose from, the staff are extremely accommodating and the location is so central and close to all the main attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dubai!

Great place to stay. Location is close to all the major attractions; Dubai frame, Museum Of The Future, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Transit station is about 500 meters away, easily walkable. Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel food options and buffet were good as well. The staff was welcoming and helpful; Hunny in the buffet was awesome, Aasim the concierge helped us almost everyday and Ayantika checked in on us every evening to ensure we enjoyed our room. Overall a great hotel. 5 star experience.
