Great location, the building also has a very spacious and well-kept pool and gym. A mini market is located directly in the building. While the furniture is nice, the apartment could use a renovation, door handles being loose, etc. In the mornings it was also quite noisy, as there is a construction side right nearby. Communication with the property management was very good.

Great location in DIFC with very small studios

Had a water pipe leaking in the bathroom om check in which was fixed the same day on complaining. But it was evident that the cleaning staff knew it was leaking before check in. The room did not have a parking card and it was not resolved over the 5 day stay. Building is very nice and the studios are fully functional. Size is small and they should ideally mention the size so one knows what to expect. The bed is a queen and 2 Adults cannot fit comfortably. The view from the studio is beautiful.

The building is great, but the studio apartment looked abused, and not well maintained. But considering it's across the street from DIFC, very reasonavly priced and my stay was quite short, it was fine.

Bad Experience

Furniture, bed are cheap and non-sturdy. The chairs, sofa and bed are uncomfortable and the bedsheets smell. Room is not clean. Upon check-in, when i walk barefooted, my soles became filthy black and sticky. Throughout the night , there were water pipe noise. In the early morning, there were a lot of noise from neighbours and cleaners. The room is not sound-proof. There is no reception nor any help. Via whatsapp, I reported access card problem and water noise but they did not do anything. I had to rely on the security guard to tap the lift doors and they are not kind, they made you feel like you are a cleaner or there to work, not a guest. Finally, they do not store your luggage, I have to bring to World Trade Centre and spend 100 AED to do so. I disliked the place so much that I spent most of my time outside.

Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). Et nous n’avions aucune carte d’accès pour l’ascenseur, donc pour se déplacer dans l’immeuble , étages , réception , parking et piscine ! Autand vous dire que ce n’est absolument pas pratique et contraignant. Nous sommes restés une semaine, en 7 jours on nous a dit que la carte était en fabrication 😉mais que la société était en vacances 😉… qu’on devait nous la donner le plus vite possible ( jeudi ou vendredi )… nous partions le dimanche , nous ne l’avons jamais eu ! Et même pas un geste commercial. Un relogement par exemple . L’immeuble n’était pas plein , je pense qu’on aurait pu nous offrir un autre appartement. C’est vraiment dommage car tout aurait encore plus était parfait si nous n’avions pas eu de problème de carte pass …

Nous partons dimanche et je pense que nous n’en aurons pas …nous avons payer pour un ménage et ce matin il devait être fait , car notre 1er séjour s’est terminé aujourd’hui mais nous avions pris 3 jrs de plus . Nous avons donc payé deux fois . Le lange n’a pas été fait et pourtant il est venu car l’équipe de ménage avait posé ses affaire devant notre porte .

Bien et dans un bel immeuble

4 nuits dans ce studio qui est situé a Burj Daman collé à un hotel 5 étoiles. L'immeuble est chic , la salle de sport et piscine top. Le studio est bien avec un petit balcon. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais il commence à vieillir. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne lui fera pas de mal. La seule galère rencontrée est le parking. Il faut récupérer la clé de l'appartement puis ressortir pour garer la voiture et au depart ,meme combat j'avais besoin de la carte pour sortir donc obliger de sortir la voiture puis se garer dans la rue pour revenir déposer la carte dans l'appartement. Attention, le ménage nest pas fait qu'au départ donc si vous avez besoin de ménage pendant votre sejour c'est payant.
