Location is perfect, imagine waking up everyday and being in walkable distance to the Burj and Dubai mall. Humble, friendly, helpful & polite staff. Only nitpick if tried hard would be for the rooms to be slightly roomier. Special mentions to Thomas at the Restaurant by the lobby, thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Vida Dubai Mall for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect—right in Downtown and just steps from Dubai Mall. The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully decorated for Christmas during our stay. But what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The reception team welcomed us with genuine warmth and handled everything out and beyond their way from our perspective. The restaurant team was just as impressive—remembering our preferences and making every meal feel personal and special. Their care and attention made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well looked after. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.
