"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but...

"The stay was okay and the staff were friendly, but I do think the rooms could be maintained better. The shower area, room carpet, etc look quite old, and there were also some slight cracks in the bathroom furniture. The thermostat system didn’t work properly, and I also had issues with the Wi-Fi, which felt very slow."

"Beautiful large room with a good sized bathroom with a lovely view but not much storage space. Breakfast was very busy and could do with some refining waited 10-15 minutes for hot drinks most days and food items not replenished quickly enough.Possible adult only area would be nice. Staff were very polite but seemed overworked.Pool area was very nice comfy sunbeds and attentive staff. Please note there is no shuttle service to beach."

"Location, professional staff and secure features (key access elevators, manual lock on inside of room door, 24-hr gym with room key access) made this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel and resident elevators are separate, so you never feel crowded or overwhelmed. Reception, cafe and housekeeping all make an effort to know your name and check on you so you feel seen but not overobserved. A particular thank you to Ashri for a warm welcome in reception, Emmanuelle in the gym, Donna in the...

"We were upgraded to a premium king room on the 71st floor.
Loved the view.
The hotel is very luxurious and they are very helpful with booking taxis and any request you give.
However, at this level you would think their breakfast would be better.
I found a lot of it not even etible.
Hot food where cold.
Eggs tasted funny.
I found the bathroom beautiful but it took a long time for the shower to drain.
If you and your partner took showers back to back, you end up with a flood in the bathroom making...
