A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. "Si vous pensez avoir un appart'hôtel de luxe c'est faux. Le bain est plein de pourriture tout le tour et mal entretenu. Le lit est tellement dur que j'ai dû aller au Ikea acheté un surmatelas pour réussir à dormir un peu. Le personnel est très serviable et répond à nos demandes mais nous devons demander des serviettes propres tous les jours sinon on en n'aurait pas.
