Great location and area, easy to get to downtown and bus to airport. Clean nice building, friendly stuff. However, when we reported that our shower had a big problem with drainage and all bathroom filled with water, it took 2 days and repeated report to get it fixed.it was nice that we received a bottle of vine for inconvenience, but I would rather have some more efficiency in service. Would recommend for stay in Dublin.

As travelers for a few days, we are hoping to stay in a hotel. The place was set up more like an apartment, with many kitchen and bedroom appliances, including cleaning supplies, brooms, etc. These took up all of the closet space leaving only one small closet with four hangers for our clothing. The air conditioning only works for a limited time (eg, 60 minutes after turning on) and we woke up every day during the night overheating because the air conditioning had turned off. The window does not open. Additionally, the TV was not a smart TV which we were expecting in 2024. The area around the hotel is okay however we didn’t always feel safe walking back to it at night. Would not stay here again.

Great location near trinity colleague and the central of Dublin, the bread 41 is just next door, so nice! The staff was very friendly And helpful. Highly recommended for any one travel to Dublin

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were very small. Pull out couch advertised as a double bed was actually two single mattresses with a large gap between them. AC did not adequately cool both bedroom and living room. Convenient location but right next to train tracks.

The property is located within easy walking distance to a lot of places, the hotel is very modern and clean but the room was tiny. It did have a small fridge, hot plate, nespresso machine, kettle, plates, cups and utensils for convenience if you want to make small meals in your room. Air con and fan turn off at night which is annoying if you like it cool while you sleep. Breakfast is limited and expensive for what is available.

Loved the location. Rooms could have been cleaner behind furniture. The HVAC system only worked in the bedroom leaving the main area extremely hot. As we were using the pull out couch as well for sleeping it made for a really uncomfortable night.
