Housekeeping and receptionists are perfect and manage all requests. It was the worst stay, the room on the 1st floor had no air conditioning, and it was a minimum of 30 °C in the room. We got a fan, but the window opened only a little bit for everyone in the room, so there was no chance to get some sleep. You can't expect a fridge in the room, and then you can't get cold drinks.
It was my hubby's birthday, and I asked for a welcome card to say Happy Birthday, before we arrived....nothing was left, which was again disappointing. The view from the window was also special for the birthday ...
Welcoming at the restaurant was not so perfect, but I think after a group ( as almost all tables were complete with dirty plates), I can imagine it was a hard time. The food is good; it is all warm and looks fresh.
We got a complimentary parking space and a code to get out of the parking, but if the gate is broken, what's the point of the code?
As the night was really not a pleasant experience, I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.
