There was constant noise from doors closing, woke us up every morning. The room was small and has no ventilation but Dublin doesn't get very hot so it was alright.

We where expectin a slightly bigger room, photos don’t make justice to how small room is. Had some issues with the shower drain, and there is no AC in the room and it was pretty hot during those days.

You get what you pay for there was sometimes some miscommunication with the front seat but that happens and you don’t get a new shower towel until you’re 5-7 days into your stay. No A/C no fans so in the summer it can be real warm in the room

There was zero option to check in early, not for me or the three other groups that arrived early like myself. You’re not allowed new towels unless you stay for more than 7 days. And the absolute heat in the rooms is slightly unbearable. But overall quiet. Just not worth the price imo.

I guess I didn’t realize the rooms were student housing, so I shared a bathroom with another suite occupant. That was okay. No available cooling source in my room, windows opened a little bit, but no air circulation on this hot week. No extra towels in bathroom. Had to ask the concierge replenish the toilet paper. Staff were all very helpful and polite. I did enjoy my stay, but it felt more like a nice hostel than a hotel.

Cannot fault anything with the accommodation. Yes it is usually students accommodation but the room had more storage than your average hotel. The ensuite shower room was great, the bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. There are 8 rooms per landing and you all have access to a communal kitchen which had a cooker, fridge, freezer, TV, crockery, kettle, toaster, iron and board. There's also a small onsite gym included in the price. Every member of the staff team was so helpful and brilliant in fairness to them. Absolute VFM. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre or you can catch the bus for 2euro. Tesco 2 minutes walk and eating places as well. Couple of local bars and Clarke's was so friendly mixing in with the locals. Would stay again.

Shower head was broke. Which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower because how can you rinse it without a shower head? Shower is clogged and does not drain. Even after having it fixed it still did not drain. Could not get extra towels. Walls look disgusting and things were not cleaned well. Room smelled like sweat. No extra toilet paper in room. No fan or A/C. Also had to wait until the next day for the shower to get fixed so could not shower before bed and had to wait 24 hours to do so.

La struttura è molto grande, accogliente e curata. Stanze carine e cucine da condividere ben attrezzate. Un appunto da fare riguarda la biancheria del bagno, che in una camera prenotata per due persone era dotata solo per uno.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They were very helpful with all of our needs. When I asked for help with the laundry, the host came out to help me directly. Gym was such a nice bonus!

We booked The Residence as a value for money alternative to expensive hotels. I must say it far exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless throughout and the staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Great place

The accomodation seems to be a recently refurbished student residence. Everything was great. We're so impressed that we'll be staying again at the end of our four week vacation. Parking isn't obviously available so we parked at the edge (farthest aware from the store) of the Tesco parking lot about a 5 minute walk from The Residence.

My stay was fun, the kitchen and living room had everything needed to have a warm and welcoming stay. The bedrooms were spacious but very dusty in certain places but overall well cleaned. A lot of space in the The Residence to be entertained in door and outdoor. The staff was more than accommodating and help. I’d like to shout to Fin and Simone for their excellent customer service, as well as Aaron for being an absolute Peach and loving to learn about Canadian culture.

The Expedia page had said check in was at 2pm, although check in was actually at 4pm. Front desk were not super accommodating. The place itself was clean and conformable.
