"This was a disappointing hotel compared to the others we booked during our trip. First, the positive, the location is great as well as the staff. What disappointed us is that there are no elevators, the carpets and rooms are in a pretty sad state and the beds were really uncomfortable and rolling so they were moving when we were on them (no stops on the wheels). Plus, the bathroom was patched in so many places (floor, wall, around shower, etc) that It looked really bad and dirty. All in all, we enjoyed the location and the friendliness of the staff, but if I had to stay a second night I would have canceled and book somewhere else. It really needs some love!"

"A lovely hotel just beside Dublin airport. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bar staff worked very hard. They took great care washing and polishing the glassware. Very pleasant experience overall."

"This hotel was in a perfect location being just around the corner from O'Connell Street. Also, the Air Coach pick up and drop off point was literally around the corner not more than a few minutes walk on O'Connell Street near the big Dublin sign. Also, it was in short walking distance of many pick up and drop off points for bus tours. I found the staff to be quite friendly and courteous during my interactions with them. Breakfast was quite sufficient: hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yogurt, etc. The room was clean and maintained daily. I love that there was an ironing room as I like to wear button down shirts under sweaters. My only qualm is that I wasn't clear on how to arrange a noon check-in for an early arrival. I ended up having to wait out 4 hours in the lounge area before checking in. However, this is a very good place to stay for a reasonable enough price. I will definitely seek to stay here again the next time I am in Dublin."
