"Booked the property due to location and car parking. Arrived in morning to be told car park was full & had to pay E50 for a car parking nearby. Asked to speak to Manager who failed to speak to me. Service in restaurant really poor. Had to request dessert menu twice. My daughter’s dessert failed to arrive - had to request 3 times & was offered a beer instead of her dessert. Bedroom had no air conditioning."
