Nina apartments was clean,comfortable, and convenient. It’s right at the top of the hill so it’s easy to get to town and the bus station. There’s a restaurant and grocery store nearby if you don’t feel like doing the hill, and there is a nice area to sit outside.

Very helpful, clean and nothing was too much trouble. At he top of a steep hill so if you are not able to walk far or are not fit, its a bit too much. Lovely view from our room and catches the afternoon sun. Bus stop 50 metres away if you don't fancy the walk into the village. Number 10 bus takes you to Dubrovnik 50 Kuna return each. Well worth a trip or you can go on one of the many small boats from the port.

Wonderful location, delightful host.

We loved the location of this place overlooking the beach below. We only had a double room not an apartment but the outdoor rear deck offered addition space and a wonderful place to have the breakfast Nina prepared.

Convenient apartment.

Nina and her sister were really accommodating. We only stayed one night as we going to Dubrovnik by water taxi and were actually staying further north. Nina allowed us a parking spot which was so helpful. The outside of the apartment block is not very inviting but the room was clean and spacious and was very convenient for the centre of Cavtat. It was fine for our one night stay, but and it is a big but. We arrived early when the room was being cleaned and the window and door was open ended so we just left our bags and went off to Dubrovnik. We got back after dinner and the apartment smelled really strongly of cigarettes. It was in my nose and in my mouth and was just awful. After a lifetime of not smoking it was not acceptable and I just couldn’t sleep. We tried with the window/door open but it was too noisy. This has never happened before and maybe we should have specified a no smoking room but it never occurred to me as the no smoking law has been around in most places for a long time.

Easy access from Dubrovnik on the local number 10 bus. Comfortable accommodation. Short walk to the waterfront.

This is a good little place to stay. Nina was very helpful and the location was perfect. The signage was small, so when we arrived in the dark we could not locate the apartments as it is an A4 sized paper that has details, the parking is very limited too. These are minor issues the location and apartment are great.

Nina is very nice and pleasent host. The property is ok but very noisy in the early morning. Couldnt sleep.

Excellent place!

The apartment was small, but perfect! An excellent location - close to the airport and the Center of Cavtat. The owner is delightful and very helpful!

Nice host but the wifi and the sheets are horrible

Nina was very welcomed but the rest was not so good. First, the sheets didn't changed for 5 days and second, the wifi is horrible.

Gutes Appartment

Wir wurden von Nina am Flughafen abgeholt, unkompliziertes Ankommen und Einchecken. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist: Die Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, auch wurde der Mülleimer täglich geleert. Es hätte aber auch schnell mal der Boden gereinigt werden können. Wir haben uns aber wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Great apartment!

The owner of the apartments, Nina, was super friendly and spoke good English. She was reachable by Whats App, Viber and text. She gave us good recommendations for reataurants and local sights. The actual apartment was clean and fresh, with decent WiFi. Noise from neighboring apartments was minimal. The little courtyard was also really nice to sit in with friends!

Clean, near the airport, good value

Would definitely consider staying here again. Apartment was very clean, with a kitchen / dining area and couch/futon on one side, and then a bedroom and bath in the back. Balcony faces the Cavtat waterfront and sunset. I found it to be a very good value. Nina was super friendly and helpful. She got us settled in, and arranged a private ride to the airport for 100 kuna. It's easy to get there from Dubrovnik on the number 10 bus (25 kuna), with a nearby stop that's just a short walk downhill to the apartment. We chose this apartment for our final night because it is close to the airport. Speaking about the airport, one downside is that the entirety of Cavtat sits at the end of DVB's runway, so there is a steady stream of low-flying air traffic. It didn't bother me because I happen to be an airplane geek who loves watching them, but also because the planes are generally landing so the engine noise isn't as loud as take-offs. We slept with the balcony door open and were not awakened by the planes.

The room was bright, cheerful, and comfortable. Designated Parker my was nice, although extremely cramped. I wish I had been aware of the number of stairs and that there had been a hand rail. (One guest was using a cane at the time of our stay.)

Appartement avec terrasse sur les hauteurs de Cavtat , proche centre et commerces à pieds , arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik . Très bon accueil , appartement spacieux , bien équipé , avec air conditionné . Idéal car proche de Dubrovnik, Monténégro et Bosnie et possibilité de se baigner à 5min à pied .

Nina was a welcoming and informative host. the (purple) apartment was well kept and the shower room was well above what we have experienced in Croatia. good view of Adriatic and even Dubrovnik from balcony.

Just returned from a weeks holidays at the Nina Apartments in Cavtat. We stayed in the studio with the sea view (room13) and the view is wonderful. It more than makes up for the walk up the steep hill twice a day! There is a bus stop at the top the hill, therefore if the hill was an issue you could always get the bus. The apartment was clean. The bedding was changed during our weeks's stay and the towels can be changed on request. The bin was emptied every day. It must also be mentioned that Nina is a lovely young lady who was very firendly and helpful when asking for advice on the Costal Walk to Clippi, the Ronald Brown Pathway and getting to Debrovnik Old Town (bus or water taxi). She also picked us up and returned us to the airport. Overall a fantastic holiday in Cavtat and Nina Apts

Nice location near beautiful Cavtat but noisy

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. Close to the centre of beautiful Cavtat with many restaurants, although it was a steep climb back to the apartment. By car or by boat is about 45 minutes to the old town of dubrovnik. The disadvantage of this location is that it's directly underneath the approach route of the airport. Planes fly very low over the house a few times per hour between 7am and 11pm. And with the windows open the cars on the road are pretty noisy. If you can't sleep with background noise, this is not the right apartment for you.
