Wonderful

Wonderful place, in a quiet village yet with boat access direct to Dubrovnik. Ideal for families! And the owners are lovely people, extremely helpful. I heavily recommand to stay there!

Fantastic place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Ivana and Stijepo were perfect hosts, Stijepo collected us from the airport and brought us back again. The apartment had a wonderful ‘new’ feel to it, the view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! The kitchenette was well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook for ourselves if we chose to. My fiancé was a huge fan of the coffee machine too! There were some tiny kittens around the apartment while we were there which I loved - I was tempted to bring them all home with me! It is a 10 minute walk to/from the centre of Cavtat, it does involve some steps but there is not a single place in the area that doesn’t involve some steps or hilly climbs. We spent a week in the apartment and could have easily stayed for much longer.

Flott leilighet, godt utstyrt, fredelig nabolag og nydelig utsikt til solnedgangen. Kort vei til stranden og en passelig spasertur langs strandpromenaden til Cavtat sentrum. Anbefaler leiligheten på det varmeste. Eierne var vennlige og hjelpsomme. De ga oss til og med skyss til og fra flyplassen!

Very pleased

The hotel has nice view and is easy access by water taxis to Dubrovnik. Provided a relaxing stay with ample bars and restaraunts without all the crowds. Hosts went out of way to ensure we had a nice time.. nice touches including small local liquor and some snacks.

Great location, easy walking distance into Cavtat. Looking for a relaxing break with plenty of eating places close by and found it all here. Great day trip into Dubrovnik by ferry.

The apartment is very modern and well equipped with the most fantastic views over Cavtat from the balcony. We were met and returned to the airport by Ivana's husband Stijepo which we really appreciated. Ivana had left out fruit, bread, tea/coffee, butter, jams and liqueur which was a very nice touch! It is 20 minutes walk into gorgeous Cavtat and we got the 10 bus back up as part of it is a bit of a climb! On top of all that we got fantastic weather and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone that enjoys some peace and quiet! Ivana and Stijepo know how to look after their guests!

From the moment we arrived, to Stijepo dropping us off at the airport nothing was too much trouble for Ivana and Stijepo. The accommodation was spotless , and all basic essentials provided e.g towels, hairdryer , coffee and tea to start our holiday as soon as we walked through the door . Location was perfect, even with the steep walk up to the apartment , which in no way dampen this ( you do need to be mobile) Cannot thank them enough, they were brilliant, approachable and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying with them .

This place is an absolute jewel. Very modern, clean and the owners were available 24/7 for anything that was needed. We arrived so late and they met us in the middle of town to guide us with directions. Very thoughtful that we might be hungry so they prepared some snacks and drinks for us and put in the fridge. The view was amazing and incredible!

Home away Home

Very comfortable apartment, secure, clean and fully furnished. You really feel at home here. Owners are very welcoming, available whenever needed and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. 100 meters from the main road. Nearby grocery shop and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. I fully recommend this place.

We stayed here for 11 nights and loved every minute of our stay. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, strong wifi (i was able to stream my Rugby games no problem) and the fridge was stocked with beer and wine for our arrival. Great views over the Cavtat coast and Supetar Island. Cavtat town is a pleasant 15 minute walk away and the boat services to Dibrovnik Old Town are around a 5 minute walk. Ivana & Stijepo were very helpful and accommodating. Stijepo very kindly picked us up from the airport and took us back for our flight home. We will definately return here.

Great apartment

Great apartment, about 10 minutes walk from the center of Cavtat. Very easy to take the boat to old town of Dubrovnik. Ivana was a super nice host, friendly and gave us great tips during the stay. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Loved this apartment, bright, clean, well equipped, airy with wonderful views. Super owners who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Only negative is that it may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

This apartment is amazing and the views are stunning :-) We couldn't of wished for anything better. Close to the beach and all amenities. If we return to Cavtat we will definitely stay at this apartment again. The hosts were also amazing and were so very generous, picking us at the airport and supplying lovely drinks and fruit for us. This has to have been the best place we have ever stayed in. Thank you Ivana and Stijepo :-)

After booking the apartment through Expedia we had several email conversations with the owner, Ivana, confirming we would arrive late due to our flight into Dubrovnik. This was confirmed as no problem and we should use one of the two numbers we were given and either Ivana or her husband would let us in. After collecting the hire car, we tried calling the numbers, neither of which were real numbers. After trying both numbers several times, we called Expedia to explain the problem. They also tried calling the owner but faced the same issue where the numbers were not obtainable. Thankfully, Expedia sorted us an alternative hotel nearby but it wasn't a pleasant experience as this wasn't resolved until about midnight.

Amazing view, friendly and helpful hosts

Very good communication from our hosts, we were collected on arrival. The apartment was very well presented, clean and tidy. A lovely welcome back awaiting us in the fridge, including bread, butter, beers , water , milk to name a few. Some home made aperitifs to help settle us in. A pack of useful guides was available to provide suggestions and ideas for our stay, Ivana also provided some personal suggestions, which included bus and ferry times, which was helpful considering we had no car. Amazing views over the bay of Cavtat can be seen from the balcony. A short cut path lead us to the pebbled beach , one of many in Cavtat. The path not suitable for anyone that may be less agile, but thee are other routes for those to the beach and surrounding area. Being so close to both the border with Montenegro makes this an ideal location to explore either by car or excursions. Dubrovnik was easily reached by ferry, although other options such as buses are also easily accessible if you don’t have your own transport. Cavtat also has many harbours and beaches to explore and plenty of choice for food or drink to cover all tastes and budgets. A truly stunning area to visit.

Wonderful apartment

I have stayed in many apartments all over Europe and would say this is the best one yet. Exceptionally clean, well equipped, with an amazing view over the sea towards Dubrovnik. Hosts were welcoming with much information ,welcome pack of fruit, wine and essentials such as tea coffee bread etc. Ivana contacts you prior to visit and informed us her husband would pick us up at the airport which was speedy and we were in the apartment very shortly after landing. A lovely couple who obviously enjoy what they do and could not be more helpful.Home today and already thinking about another stay in Cavtat. Overall a fantastic stay. Many thanks to you both.
