Great apartment, ground floor with open undercover terrace with large wooden table and chairs.. overlooking sea with islands and stars, the other section of terrace more enclosed with low table Small bedroom withdouble bed and a sofa bed in spacious living/kitchen area. Great infinity pool which was a blessing on very warm days with quite a few loungers and 3 umbrellas...and an outdoor shower too!!!.walk from bus stop (no 10 from bus station in town, 1 stop) about 15 mins sauntering, recycling at Main Road our street join. Small grocery shop across main road. Air conditioning in apartment fine, bit noisy sometimes if windy outside. Shower in bathroom fine. We could take t paper and towels as needed from small entranceway. Phone in advance if poss to make sure there is someone there when you arrive. We were very pleased with our apartment and also had the daily companionship of a very sweet cat which we fed dry food. She gets fed by the folk round about apparently as do most of the Cavtat cats .

Stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from Croatia. Its a beautiful spot on the water with breathtaking views. An awesome infinity pool with glass walls thst look into the sea. The rooms were spacious and cozy, literally steps to the pool. Theres a private balcony area overlooking the sea and plenty of loungers/umbrellas around the pool. The staff were easy to communicate with and gave recommendations. They allowed us a late checkout. The town of Cavtat is about a 15 minute walk and definitely worth checking out. Theres quite a few restaurants and souvenir shops. Its on the marina with beautiful yacths everywhere. Had a cool vibe. There is a small grocery store about 5 mins away. Everything was great!

EVERYTHING about this place is incredible! Kristijana checking us in was so sweet. Everything is beautiful just like the pictures. We love to walk and be away from the heart of the town and wanted the view, it was perfect. 5 min walk to a little grocery store. 10 min down hill walk to town, same walk though 30 min uphill lol. Or just a $15 Uber. Just a couple suggestions to the owners.... No Pool Towels??Very Sparse kitchen utensils/ cookware/ drinking cups. Little basics like coffee filters or napkins. It was very hard to cook, impossible to just make some drinks to bring by the pool (had to drive far just to find a pitcher and some cups to have drinks by the pool). A couple little small white shower towels. Small inexpensive things that would make this place even more perfect. That said, 100% we plan on coming back!

The view was amazing, but the AC didn't work so sleeping was uncomfortable. In some aspects the place was very nice, but looking a little closer some areas seemed to be pieced together without much care. When starting up the stairs there were areas of poor craftsmanship and lack of care for a nice final result.

Room was plenty big four our family of 5. Had a nice pool with an amazing view of the coast. Parking was included in the properties own lot. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.!!!!

The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Fairly new. Location was awesome with the perfect view (and sunsets). Large patio. Beautiful pool. But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order. Staff was quick to respond to requests.

The apartment was lovely, and big for a studio. It had enough room to stay for more than a few days. And the outdoor space is just as nice with an Adriatic view to love!

Our flight was cancelled and owner was nice enough to let us check in early as possible. They helped us with our bags. Showed us all the property (pool, apartment etc). The staff was overly helpful especially with our situation. Normally you have to have 24 hour notice. We were treated special. We would stay here again and recommend this place. The view of the sea was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. Had free WiFi. Very close to lots of restaurants and taxis.

Appartement très moderne, très charmant. Superbe piscine avec vue mer. Ville de Cavtat toute proche et très agréable pour séjourner. Tout était super. Seul bémol : dans l'appartement en duplex au dernier étage sous les toits, on entend quand même beaucoup les avions qui passent juste au dessus. Donc le sommeil est compliqué avant minuit et après 6h sans boule quiès.

We really enjoyed our stay and a great host to go with it! We stayed on the bottom floor in a really lovely, spacious apartment with a great view. The walk down to the centre doesn’t take long but it is a bit of a hill so I would take that into consideration accessibility wise, especially on the walk back up. We would definitely stay here again we really enjoyed it and the pool area was really nice and peaceful! Residence Delta should definitely be top of your list to stay in Cavtat!

The view was awesome. Having breakfast every day with the view was really really nice. Communication was very easy and forthcoming, our flight got delayed and we asked if we could stay like one more hour and of course we could. You were able to get to old town in a 20 min walk. Area was pretty chill at night. Everything was awesome! When you needed something like towels or refills like that you could get new ones no worries. Overall very clean!

Incroyable vue et très bien équipé

Un très bon accueil suivi d’une excellente nuit dans cet appartement. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, le logement est très bien équipé. Nous avons également profiter de la piscine offrant elle aussi une vue magnifique.

Great view, lacking facilities, over-priced

We stayed in the studio unit which has a great sea view with large balcony. The unit itself is looking a little tired and could do with a revamp. The entrance is underwhelming. We chose this unit to have the option to use the cooking facilities, however, despite having a cooktop there were no pots, pans, plates etc to have the option to have dinner at home. There was a microwave but no dishes to use in it. Lots of empty cupboards. No soap or shampoo provided, except for one soap dispenser on bathroom sink.
