The property was as described. We did not use the pool. The host was accommodating with all requests. The apartment is on a very steep hill - walking to the harbor is fairly quick, coming back up not so much! It worked well for our family!

Amazing value for the money! The location is great, super close to the airport but also walking distance to the bus stop for the route going into the old city. The host was very helpful explaining the bus stop, and route into the old city, and was very helpful with the check in process. The room itself was very clean, comfortable ends, good bathroom, and had a balcony with a nice view too.

Clean property and we enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the swimming pool (which we were grateful to use after checkout) Beware it is a very steep climb from the downtown area. I was surprised that the listing shows shuttle service, which there none and also check out time is listed at 10, but it is actually at 9:30 which is the earliest we’ve ever experienced.

Location was good my room was roomy, clean, and had a nice view of the bay. It is located up a steep hill so lots of opportunities for exercise! The town is just a five minute walk away as is a great little beach, just down the coast.

Starting with the positives. I booked a sea view, and wow! What a view!! Absolutely incredible and big balcony. Private pool was also a great addition with plenty of sunbeds. Room was clean and functional but dated. Negatives. When I walked into the hallway it stank of wet dog and smoke, I assume as the owners live on the ground floor, luckily the bedroom itself smelt fine, but it’s not great first impressions, and got worse whilst we were there. Blind didn’t shut properly in room meant very early wake ups! Reported to cleaner but never fixed. Umbrella at pool doesn’t go fully up, reported to cleaner but never fixed, and the other umbrella is broke left in the corner with broken chairs. This place could be spectacular with some love and attention. I emailed the property for an airport pick up and if they provided pool towels, never got a response and they were never seen. The property needs some TLC and improvements, which is a shame as the view is unreal! The walk up from town is a VERY steep hill, so you need to be very fit and able bodied to get back from town even though it’s only a 10 min walk.

The apartment is in a good location, within 10 mins walking down to the main part of town. If you drive here, be aware that the roads leading to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep, which may be a challenge for non-European drivers! The apartment is clean, with a nice view of the sea. But there are a few issues: the railings on the stairs are shaky and somewhat dangerous. The hairdryer has a big layer of dust on the filter which was not cleaned. WIFI is very spotty. Communication was also an issue, as our messages sent via Expedia were never answered. Other than that, we wouldn't mind staying there again.

Rent rom. God seng. Flott utsikt fra verandaen, vi bodde i 3.etg. Burde vært ett speil på rommet, det som var der var høyt på veggen. Ett stort pluss at det ble skiftet håndklær og rommet ble ryddet. Er en bakke opp fra sentrum, men det er set stort sett alle steder i Kroatia. Tok 8-10 minutter opp, og 3 minutter ned. Hygggelig vert.

We stayed for five nights from June 16. The place is precisely what the advertisement tells you, so there are no surprises when you arrive. We stayed on the top floor, where there is indeed a sea view, but due to housing and trees, it is slightly limited. Still it is a wonderful feeling to be sat out on the balcony enjoying a morning breakfast; we appreciated the vibe quite a lot. You'll reach downtown in four minutes, while the level of incline makes sure you'll use 10 minutes to return. It is not a big problem; just walk on your own pace. We will definitely recommend Villa Voinić.

Fint sted, vi bodde i toppleiligheten med utsikt til sjøen. Fint treningsrom og bassengområde. Lite minus for tidlig utsjekk, men de var snille og lot oss oppbevare bagasje da vi skulle senere hjem.
