"The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again."

"I had booked this accommodation based on what I saw on the web page. I was severely disappointed. Upon arrival we had great difficulty in finding the property and only by chance a passer by told us to check in at the hotel down the road. I had booked the royal suite but found that this is up 4 steep flights of stairs with no handrail and no elevator. We are in our 70s so this information could have been communicated clearly in the ad. Although we are very fit there was no way we could manage...
