"I booked a Club Room and was very disappointed at how dated and dingy the room was. Room smelled mouldy, woodwork chipped, ironing board burnt, shower curtain black with dirt at the hem, toilet bowl stained with limescale. No electricity sockets by bed. Definitely not good value for money."

"Two starters not available at 8pm, which was disappointing. I asked if I could have a half portion of the sharer as my partner doesn't like cheese...Just a straight no. Breakfast a bit chaotic at continental station.. no places, bowls or milk! Accommodation nice enough."

I presume was staff quarters. A male was talking pretty much from early hours. Also watching something on his phone which I could hear. Kept me awake most of the night."
