"The Villa Neroli was exceptionally clean and inviting. It caters to a little bit more upscale traveler than most of the local hotels that I could compare. Well worth the stay!!!"

"Convenient, very close to airport. Relatively clean. We had two containers of hair- conditioner but no shampoo. TV controller missing, had to request to be delivered. Breakfast charged for 28 € is not cheap , but the meat was packaged american turkey slices and ham, don't smell fresh. There was supposed to be egg made to order, but doesn't look prepared for this."

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Breakfast was great! Enjoyed the selection and service. Spacious and welcoming decor and quiet atmosphere to enjoy our meal. Rooms were cleaned and stocked well. Staff booked our taxi as we had an early morning flight. It was an ideal location for us as a couple."

"Great location; didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because o arrived very late- almost midnight -wonder if a shuttle can be prearranged; I just took a taxi and know of others who walked to the hotel because it was daylight. The room was a bit small; however I was there just one night and was able to easily walk to the tram station to get to the main train station."

"We have always enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, have a drink, read a book, have a chat, have a swim or go for a walk around the beautiful garden. The shuttle bus into Florence is very handy. "

"Staff is super friendly, nice atmosphere. Bathrooms are not thoroughly cleaned, weird smell on carpet in elevator hallways. Nice cafeteria downstairs, convenient location."

"Check in/out was flawless. Staff helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was incredible with lots of options and fresh fruit! Rooftop was a perfect spot to unwind with breathtaking views. The vibes were definitely up!"

"We had a junior suite facing the garden on one side where the patio is. The staff were outstanding on every level. The shuttle was a great advantage as we would park and get a ride down. Having somewhere to put bathroom items would be great. I know we should pack lighter but will never happen."

"The property has lots of road works … which increases the cost of any taxi trips … the reception staff were always helpful and we had an early check in … irons are not available to the room there is an ironing room … I checked with the hotel before we traveled and took our own steamer… the breakfast has a good selection the staff again were great … we ate at the hotel bar one night and the food options and food were good . "

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken.
