"Man bezahlt die Lage. Das Haus selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwas heruntergekommen. Für den Preis ist es deutlich zu teuer. Das Zimmer war klein, ohne Aussicht und ebenfalls sehr abgenutzt. Nur das Badezimmer war neu renoviert."

Babbling brook, abandoned medieval ruins and a 9 hole golf course that is no longer in use. We loved our stay!"

"A busy local pub with simple clean basic rooms, ‘Hotel’ is a bit rich. Overwhelmed by tourism on. Friday night with a heaving bar, live music and constant stream of people looking for supper, it’s heroic staff were great. As a resident I was found a very late sitting supper which was expensive and of modest quality. The rooms have cardboard walls. Breakfast was well served but again very modest, no fresh fruit, yoghourt one waitress. Clean, good staff, but poor value for money"

"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked.
